The Williams Law Corporation® focuses
its practice in litigation, corporate and government issues.
Litigation
Within its litigation practice, the Firm handles both civil and
business criminal cases. These civil cases typically involve complex
business lawsuits, contract actions, and environmental issues. The Firm
also handles corporate and partnership disputes for its business
clients and, for fellow lawyers, legal malpractice defense. Business
criminal cases typically involve felonies, misdemeanors and bonds.

The Firm has
significant experience defending against a wide range of federal and
state civil and criminal prosecutions in a variety of substantive
areas. J. Craig Williams is a highly experienced trial lawyer. He has
practiced law as a former prosecutor and has tried numerous cases to
verdict with an unparalleled success ratio. Mr. Williams also has
extensive experience in litigating and advising clients regarding
regulatory compliance and proceedings before federal and state judges,
juries, grand juries, administrative agencies, and before suspension,
debarment, and program exclusion authorities.
The Firm emphasizes
alternative dispute resolution as an alternative to costly,
time-consuming litigation. Where there is no alternative, however, the
Firm is prepared to go to trial.
